What treatment should I try for back pain due to an extra lumbar vertebrae? - how do you get an extra vertebrae in the lumbar area

I heard about 3 or 4 years that I have one extra lumbar vertebra (L6) and mild scoliosis. I used to play softball and volleyball, but I had to stop because of back pain. I went to physical therapy, chiropractic, physical therapy focuses more on strength training and a massage therapist for deep tissue. Nothing has worked as a long term solution has massage therapy for one or two days later edited, but not long term (it is more expensive). Has anyone else experienced? Suggestions?

I worked with people with this problem and what we need is someone who will work to stabilize the entire body. Sit-ups and the work is good, but do not meet all the necessary program. A Posture Review is the place to start and then see how your body moves. There are more than likely that the postural adjustments associated, is a force of coercion against nature have taken on the field. Your muscles need longer and stronger in some areas, particularly those that control the basin. Mild scoliosis is not uncommon, and not the actual core of the problem. Discussion about potential therapist about this, what will happen. Conditions not the answer, but the hands at work. You need someone who actually works in the body feet or more. Good luck!

Back pain! Nonsense! I had two fractures of me. The most effective (other than analgesics) did, I noted, the heating pads you can buy and attach them to clothing. It seems a simple thing, but in the short term, the real work. Make sure the bed is (hard and stay in motion even when only a walk around the house) about the pain. If you have a good day, do not go running or something like the trampoline, swings back.

Yours is not uncommon to see a state. The central question here is to try to stabilize things. This would mean a lot of exercises for the muscles to take some of the support of the lumbar spine. This means that the oblique abdominal muscles, abdominal abdominal and back extension exercises on a fairly regular basis. The back and abdominal muscles stronger, but feel better.
