Does the lemon diet/master cleanse also work without taking the sea salt solution? - sea salt as a laxative

I would do the Master Cleanse soon, but the idea of washing with the salt sea and it makes me sick. Has anyone an experience if it is still, if only drink tea laxative detox, but not salt it works?
